Julia is fascinated and passionate about creative expression through any type of handicraft and for over a decade she has had this vision of creating a company where she can share her creations with the world. She wants to see a more sustainable fashion industry, where the importance of both craft and material is well defined.

Julia grew up in a house from the 1800's in a small village in Dalarna, where handicraft has been of great importance for centuries, which is why she is so inspired by the old ways of producing, wearing, appreciating and taking care of garments, bags and accessories.

 

It is our philosophy to bring back some of these traditional ways of crafting and appreciating the things we own. To form intimate relationships with the things we have during this modern era of mass consumption and online shopping. We wish to inspire new generations to purchase qualitative items that last a lifetime.
