Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Free shipping on orders over 2500 SEK

• International: Calculated at checkout

Tracking Your Order

Customs and Duties (for international orders)

For orders outside the EU, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Policy)

As a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Return a Product

• Email us at info@julianoren.com with your order number and reason for the return.

• We’ll send you return instructions.

• Pack the item securely and send it to our return address.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, a fee of  250 SEK will be charged to cover shipping and handling costs.

Damaged or Faulty Items (Claims)

If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible – no later than 2 weeks after receiving the item.
We will cover the return shipping costs for approved claims and offer a replacement or full refund.
